Clarifications regarding the return of products:
If you have decided that you want to return the product you purchased, keep the following in mind:

In order to take advantage of the right of return, we recommend that you return the product in the same condition in which you received it: in the original package (box or bag), with the labels in their original position (not cut) and the documents that came with the product and properly prepare the package (with paper or nylon) before it is delivered to the courier.

Also, to avoid refusal of return, we recommend that you avoid returning products that have already been used or damaged, as in this case the return conditions do not apply and this implies the payment of courier fees.

Checked returned products: All returned products will be inspected in detail by our experts.

  1. Return costs

You have every right to return the product you ordered within 14 days from the date of shipment, if for any reason you are not happy with any of the products. In addition to custom products such as e.g. favors, testimonials and clothes to your measures (sur mesure) that are excluded from the return policy. Shipping / return costs are borne by the customer.

We recommend that you be careful with your orders. We point out that the colors and textures of our products may look different on your computer screens than they actually are.

 

After the transfer of the amount, there is a possibility that the bank in which you have an account will charge you a commission. For more details, we recommend contacting your bank.
