    1. Returns policy<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Please MHN send the products back yourself as we have to send the request to the courier to pick up the products from your place. For your best service for the return or change of product there should be a pre-arrangement by phone at 23107323420 or mail info@kika.gr<\/p>\n

      Clarifications regarding the return of products:
      If you have decided that you want to return the product you purchased, keep the following in mind:<\/p>\n

      In order to take advantage of the right of return, we recommend that you return the product in the same condition in which you received it: in the original package (box or bag), with the labels in their original position (not cut) and the documents that came with the product and properly prepare the package (with paper or nylon) before it is delivered to the courier.<\/p>\n

      Also, to avoid refusal of return, we recommend that you avoid returning products that have already been used or damaged, as in this case the return conditions do not apply and this implies the payment of courier fees.<\/p>\n

      Checked returned products: All returned products will be inspected in detail by our experts.<\/p>\n

      1. Return costs<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        You have every right to return the product you ordered within 14 days from the date of shipment, if for any reason you are not happy with any of the products. In addition to custom products such as e.g. favors, testimonials and clothes to your measures (sur mesure) that are excluded from the return policy. Shipping \/ return costs are borne by the customer.<\/p>\n

        We recommend that you be careful with your orders. We point out that the colors and textures of our products may look different on your computer screens than they actually are.<\/p>\n

        After the transfer of the amount, there is a possibility that the bank in which you have an account will charge you a commission. For more details, we recommend contacting your bank.<\/p>\n

        Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>\n

        In accordance with the provisions of Law 2251\/1994 on Consumer Protection, as in force, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance purchase contract within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, without requiring justification.<\/p>\n

        To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete and submit the online form below. After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation of receipt and will be informed about the product return process.<\/p>\n

        The right of withdrawal applies only in the cases provided for by applicable law and does not apply, among others, in the following cases:<\/p>\n

        • Products that have been manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or have been clearly personalized (custom or made-to-order products).<\/li>\n
        • Products that deteriorate or expire soon.<\/li>\n
        • Sealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of public health or hygiene protection and have been unsealed after delivery.<\/li>\n
        • In other cases that are excluded from the right of withdrawal according to Law 2251\/1994.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Note:<\/strong> For reasons of public health and safety, returns are not accepted for food, perishable products, products that require refrigeration or freezing conditions, as well as for products that have been manufactured or formulated according to the customer's specifications or special requirements.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
